dc.description.abstractLas plantas medicinales juegan un rol fundamental dentro de la medicina tradicional a nivel mundial debido a sus diversos usos en el tratamiento de diferentes afecciones y enfermedades. Kalanchoe pinnata es una planta de la familia de las crasuláceas para la cual se han reportado potentes compuestos fitoquímicos o metabolitos secundarios como los flavonoides, para los cuales la literatura reporta actividades antimicrobianas, antiinflamatorias, antioxidantes, antialérgicas y antitumorales.spa
