dc.description.abstractEl dolor es frecuentemente una de las causas que motivan la búsqueda de soluciones por parte del ser humano; teniendo en cuenta que cuatro de cada cinco consultas atendidas tiene alguna relación con el dolor. Dentro de este universo de tipos y causas, está el dolor post quirúrgico, posterior a procedimientos mayores, su incidencia varía de 10% a 30% en múltiples estudios, el principal problema es el difícil manejo convencional y los efectos secundarios que tienen muchos medicamentos para el manejo del mismo (opioides entre otros). Dentro de los objetivos se pretende determinar el efecto terapéutico de la terapia neural (TN) en pacientes con dolor crónico postoperatorio (DCPO).spa
