Investigar sobre la educación, mediada por entornos virtuales de aprendizaje (EVA) es muy pertinente por las actuales dinámicas de relacionamiento obligado por el COVID19 y su análisis desde la indagación por el innato proceso educativo enmarcado dentro del paradigma socio humanista. En el año 2020, la sociedad, los docentes, estudiantes y familias, hicieron grandes esfuerzos para desarrollar el proceso educativo con tinte de normalidad, superando los vacíos de las competencias digitales, las capacidades de interconexión y disponibilidad de equipamiento, sin mencionar la disponibilidad económica para este nuevo modelo de educación. De otro lado, en Colombia y en América Latina, el sistema educativo y la gobernanza escolar no estaban preparados para afrontar este reto, y esta responsabilidad quedó en manos de los actores -docentes, familias y estudiantes- que a medida de las necesidades fueron resolviendo las dificultades y desarrollando el proceso educativo hasta terminar el año escolar. A partir de lo expuesto, este artculo investigativo de corte cualitativo bibliográfico, buscó comprender como fue el abordaje del paradigma social y humanista en la educación en tiempos de COVID 19, recordando que la educación desde su génesis es un acto, desde y entre seres humanos, que se mueven dentro de la sociedad.

Investigating education, mediated by virtual learning environments (VLE) is very pertinent, due to the current relationship dynamics forced by COVID 19 and its analysis from the inquiry into the innate educational process framed within the socio-humanist paradigm. In 2020, society, teachers, students and families made great efforts to develop the educational process with a tinge of normality, overcoming the gaps in digital skills, interconnection capabilities and equipment availability, not to mention economic availability. for this new model of education. On the other hand, in Colombia and Latin America, the education system and school governance were not prepared to face this challenge, and this responsibility was left in the hands of the actors - teachers, families and students - who, as needed, were solving difficulties and developing the educational process until the end of the school year. Based on the above, this qualitative bibliographic research article sought to understand how the approach of the social and humanist paradigm in education was in times of COVID 19, remembering that education from its genesis is an act, from and between human beings, that move within society.
