dc.description.abstract | La transición de la vida estudiantil al mundo laboral puede ser un desafío para muchos enfermeros recién graduados. Multifactoriales aspectos inciden en esta compleja dinámica de la adaptación laboral en el campo de la salud. El objetivo del presente artículo es analizar los desafíos y oportunidades que enfrentan los recién egresados de enfermería en su adaptación laboral, identificando factores clave que influyen en su proceso de integración al ámbito profesional y proponiendo estrategias que faciliten su transición y desarrollo en el entorno laboral. La metodología utilizada es un estudio bibliográfico descriptivo que recopila y analiza la información publicada de 31 artículos de estudio primarios obtenidos de bases de datos de acceso abierto. Se concluye que los desafíos de la adaptabilidad laboral para los recién egresados de enfermería son complejos y multifacéticos, pero también ofrecen importantes oportunidades de mejora. El impacto de la transición y las difíciles condiciones laborales pueden mitigarse mediante el apoyo adecuado en el lugar de trabajo y la mejora de los programas de formación académica. La implementación de programas de tutoría, prácticas clínicas robustas y entornos laborales de apoyo puede facilitar una adaptación más efectiva y mejorar la retención de enfermeros en sus primeros años de carrera. Los hallazgos indican que existe una necesidad de crear una sinergia efectiva entre las instituciones académicas y los empleadores del sector salud para garantizar profesionales preparados para los exigentes desafíos actuales. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | Introduction: The transition from student life to the working world can be a challenge for many recent graduate nurses. Multifactorial aspects affect this complex dynamic of work adaptation in the health field. Objective: Analyze the challenges and opportunities that recent nursing graduates face in their work adaptation, identifying key factors that influence their integration process into the professional field and proposing strategies that facilitate their transition and development in the work environment. Methodology: Descriptive bibliographic study that compiles and analyzes published information from 31 primary study articles obtained from open access databases. Conclusion: The challenges of job adaptability for recent nursing graduates are complex and multifaceted, but they also offer important opportunities for improvement. "Transition shock" and difficult working conditions can be mitigated by providing adequate support in the workplace and improving educational training programs. Implementing mentoring programs, robust clinical practices, and supportive work environments can facilitate more effective adaptation and improve retention of nurses in their early careers. The findings indicate that there is a need to create effective synergy between academic institutions and healthcare employers to ensure professionals prepared for today's demanding challenges. | eng |
